This disclosure forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Services and No Financial Advice

TradeLens Global ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") provides technology-based tools, artificial intelligence systems, market analytics, trading signals, algorithmic functionality and automated trading solutions.

All information, analysis, signals, strategies, educational materials, commentary and other content made available through the Platform are provided for general informational, technological and analytical purposes only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate agreement by an appropriately authorised provider, TradeLens Global does not provide personalised financial advice, investment recommendations based on individual circumstances, financial planning services or regulated investment advisory services.

TradeLens Global does not provide professional financial education, training or instruction intended to qualify users as financial advisers or professional traders.

Nothing contained within the Platform should be interpreted as a personal recommendation to buy, sell, hold or trade any financial instrument.

Users should seek independent advice from a suitably qualified and authorised financial adviser before making financial decisions.

2. Acknowledgement of Financial Risk

By accessing or using TradeLens Global, users acknowledge and understand that trading and investing in financial markets involve substantial financial risk.

Such risks include, but are not limited to:

  • Partial or complete loss of invested capital.
  • Significant market volatility and unpredictable price movements.
  • Financial losses arising from leveraged trading, margin requirements or liquidation.
  • Slippage, liquidity constraints and unexpected execution prices.
  • Technical errors, software interruptions and connectivity failures.
  • Inaccurate, incomplete or delayed market data.
  • Incorrect or unsuccessful trading signals and algorithmic decisions.
  • Losses resulting from automated trading strategies.

Users must not trade with funds they cannot afford to lose.

No trading strategy, algorithm, artificial intelligence system or analytical methodology can eliminate financial risk or guarantee positive investment returns.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Trading

TradeLens Global incorporates or may incorporate artificial intelligence, machine learning, algorithmic trading systems and automated execution technology.

Users expressly acknowledge that:

  • a. Artificial intelligence systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading outputs.
  • b. Trading algorithms may generate incorrect signals or execute trades that result in financial losses.
  • c. Automated trading systems may operate during periods of extreme market volatility, including circumstances where human intervention may be limited.
  • d. Historical performance, simulated results, backtesting and hypothetical trading outcomes do not guarantee future results.
  • e. Market conditions may change rapidly, rendering previously successful strategies ineffective.
  • f. Users are responsible for selecting, configuring, monitoring and managing any automated trading functionality made available to them, subject to the services and obligations expressly undertaken by TradeLens Global.

Use of automated trading functionality does not constitute a guarantee of accuracy, profitability or successful execution.

4. User Responsibility and Independent Decision-Making

Users acknowledge that they are responsible for determining whether any trading activity is appropriate for their individual circumstances, financial position, knowledge, experience and risk tolerance.

Users are responsible for their own investment decisions, including decisions informed by information, signals or analytical outputs obtained through TradeLens Global.

Where the Platform allows users to configure automated trading strategies, users remain responsible for their chosen settings, trading parameters, capital allocations and risk limits.

Users should independently assess the risks of any proposed transaction and should not rely exclusively on the Platform when making financial decisions.

5. Trading Losses and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradeLens Global shall not be liable for ordinary trading or investment losses arising from market movements, users' independent trading decisions or the inherent risks of financial trading, where such losses are not attributable to a breach of duty or other legally actionable conduct by TradeLens Global.

TradeLens Global does not guarantee any particular trading outcome, investment return, financial performance or level of profitability.

Subject to applicable law, TradeLens Global shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from:

  • a. Adverse financial market movements.
  • b. Trading decisions independently made by users.
  • c. User-selected strategies, risk parameters or account configurations.
  • d. The inherent uncertainty of financial forecasts and market analysis.
  • e. Actions or failures of independent third-party brokers, exchanges or service providers, except where TradeLens Global is legally responsible.
  • f. Circumstances beyond TradeLens Global's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory statutory rights, regulatory protections or remedies available to users.

6. Third-Party Brokers and Trading Accounts

TradeLens Global may provide technological integrations with independent brokers, exchanges, trading platforms and financial service providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, TradeLens Global does not act as the user's broker, custodian or counterparty.

Users remain subject to the applicable terms, conditions, risk disclosures and regulatory protections of their selected broker or financial service provider.

TradeLens Global does not guarantee the availability, execution quality, financial stability or operational performance of independent third-party services.

7. No Guarantee of Performance

TradeLens Global makes no representation or guarantee that its technology, analytical tools, automated strategies or trading systems will generate profits, prevent losses or outperform financial markets.

Any historical results, illustrative performance figures, simulations, demonstrations or backtesting data are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a reliable indication of future results.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.

8. Protection of Directors, Founders and Personnel

Users acknowledge that the Platform is operated by the legal entity identified in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, contractual obligations arising under these Terms are obligations of that legal entity and not of its founders, directors, shareholders, employees, officers, developers or representatives in their personal capacities.

No provision of these Terms is intended to create a personal contractual guarantee by any founder, director, shareholder, employee or representative.

Nothing in this section excludes any personal liability arising under applicable law, including liability for an individual's own fraud, wrongdoing, breach of statutory duty or other conduct for which personal liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. User Risk Acknowledgement

By using the trading-related features of TradeLens Global, users confirm that they:

  • Have read and understood the Platform's financial risk disclosures.
  • Understand that TradeLens Global does not guarantee trading profits or investment returns.
  • Understand that the Platform's general analytical content is not personalised financial advice.
  • Recognise that AI-generated analysis and automated trading systems can produce financial losses.
  • Accept responsibility for their own trading decisions and user-controlled trading settings.
  • Understand that they may lose their invested capital.
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions and applicable risk disclosures, without waiving any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections, regulatory requirements or jurisdictional rights that apply to users in other territories.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer's right to bring proceedings in a court that has mandatory jurisdiction under applicable law.
